It consists of 4 steps –

The Internationalise Process
Learn
The foundation stone of the process. What is your company? What are your values?
What is your ambition, your culture, capacity and strategy?
How does the the concept of expanding into a new territory fit with these important factors?
Assess and Define
While continuing with the learning, and based around your own aspirations, we can then review where to take the new step. Together we embark on the preparatory work, such as a study of the new territory. We may test the water with a local partner promoting your products.
Finally, after thoroughly confirming the viability, the decision is taken to deploy abroad.
Implement
The Implementation phase requires seamless communication with your personnel in the new territory, as well as strong and reliable local representation.
We will connect you with local experts skilled in supporting the Internationalise process and provide smooth navigation through the local business framework, while also advising on measures to promote the safety and wellbeing of your team.
Introductions will be made to key customers and potential partners, as well as support with resourcing, sales and business development.
Sustain and Grow
Building from a solid and robust implementation we will devise initiatives to promote the sustainability and growth of your company. Sales channels will be exploited as well as local partnerships.
We will support attendance at trade shows and exhibitions as well as identify, as appropriate, targets for M&A. Exploratory missions to other regions will be supported, and introductions to Internationalise business networks will be made.

Kieran has more than twenty-five years experience in guiding companies through the Internationalisation process, including regions as diverse as Northern Europe, South America, Central Asia and the USA.
Covering all aspects of the overseas challenges, companies under his guidance have succeeded through demanding economic conditions, growing real and sustainable value. A specialist in building for the long-term through organic growth, carefully nurtured partnering and M&A.
Kieran has board experience in European and South American companies. A graduate of the Irish Management Institute, he holds a Masters in Business Processes, with a special focus on Internationalisation through network innovation.

Kenny Fox
An accredited expert in international strategy and security, Kenny has over 35 years experience in crafting and designing the internationalisation process.
His distinguished career has encompassed leadership of highly technical and logistically demanding projects in times of peace, conflict and natural disaster. In some of the world’s most challenging regions, Kenny has led critical multinational inter-agency operations on expeditionary missions to create and maintain stability and security at times of crisis. This has resulted in the effective and timely restoration of essential infrastructure, ensuring humanitarian relief, security and post-crisis recovery.
He brings a unique focus and attention to detail in our partner companies’ growth process, with particular regard to audit of a firm’s readiness for the internationalisation step, the preparatory measures required and the safe and secure set-up in the new territory.
